This is from my relaxing ambient acoustic arrangement of the traditional English Christmas carol known as The Coventry Carol, and it's my FAVORITE section. Here's why:

The left-hand sounds like a simple Alberti bass, but, in several places, the chords change once, or even twice, mid-pattern, and sometimes every beat. So it isn't completely intuitive, and it does take a little practice, especially once you add in the right-hand trills, to feel like you aren't playing Twister.

I also thought that part sounded a bit like a baroque harpsichord moment, which made me happy.

I arranged this piece specifically for 26 string lever harp, so it can be performed on Harpsicle harps (provided that your model has a full set of levers), DustyStrings harps, Harp-E (with modifications to one or two of the highest chords), and other small harps. I got tired of playing "beginners only" arrangements on my mini harp and wanted something that made use of the full 3.5 octave range while exploring a wider variety of musical textures. I hope you enjoy it!

Apologies for the buzzy strings. My harp needs some regulation, and I recorded this in my living room with decidedly not-professional-quality equipment.
