I built this exercise around a single note so there’s no confusion—just a clear contrast between thick and thin vocal coordination.
Same pitch. Two completely different textures. One is shouty and dense, the other is airy and light.

We’re not changing notes—we’re changing how the note is made.
That contrast helps your body feel it, and your ear lock in on the difference.
Smooshing them back to back sharpens your transitions and boosts control.
