System for simplifying Konakol. If you follow my Channel you know that I taught at a university in India for two years and was actually the Dean of Students. Of course during my time there I studied Konakol with master percussionist from that country. The influence it has on my playing was incredible and beautiful. The thing is for a western player to study at that level without being in India is a huge challenge. So after a few years of trying to teach Konakol to westerners I realized there needed to be a way to make things applicable to the Drumset. Konakol is very specific the classical percussion instruments. And i feel that many of the things you would study in those situations are not fully applicable to the Drum Kit.

SO The Ska Du method was born!!
