The Trumpet Child, originally recorded by Over the Rhine, is a song about the Second Advent of Christ - when Jesus will return in glory. The text gives us stunning imagery and a unique take on Advent. This song was used as a part of the Lessons & Carols service at FBCSA in 2022.
