Our Therapist @taylorpalmby analyzed @linkinpark Emptiness Machine to discuss how many of us have an emptiness machine in our lives. We seek external validation and circumstances to make us happy but this is transient. The way to turn the emptiness machine into a meaningful machine is to shift your focus toward what you have instead of what you don’t.
