The actor and former wrestler says reading the bible and understanding his faith inspired him to have a close relationship with God. Lister believes a few people use his religion to cater to their needs instead of the good of the people.
Lister also recalls his experience with televangelist Benny Hinn. In 1999, the actor was prophesied by Hinn, which rubbed Lister the wrong way. Lister says he didn't feel anything from the incident and wanted to "Suge Knight" Hinn for it. Hinn invited Lister to come to India on a mission trip where the actor says he saw the power of his faith right in front of him.
