Hello! With over 28 years in the music industry, I am a seasoned teacher in Trumpet, Composition, Arrangement, and Orchestration, as well as music theory.


I am dedicated to nurturing my students' abilities in trumpet playing, adapting my teaching to their individual aspirations. My goal is to help students excel as lead trumpet players, improvisers, soloists, or ensemble members.


My teaching encompasses a broad spectrum of musical pursuits. I guide students in preparing for opportunities with cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and restaurants. I also instruct in jazz improvisation and mentor composers in the art of composition, arrangement, and orchestration.


Lessons are crafted to be enjoyable and customized to each student's learning preferences and goals. I foster an environment that encourages creative thinking and collaborative learning, aiming to make every lesson a stimulating and rewarding experience.

I studied a music undergrad degree, as well as a master's degree in music. Besides working in the muisc industry in bands, on cruise ships, etc., I have also taught music theory (and trumpet) to teenagers and kids at schools. I have given private trumpet lessons to various adults as well. I am passionate about teaching and building a good rapport with my students.
