The Battle of Thermopylae is famously known for its 300 Spartans ,depicted in the movie 300 (duh), who fought and died honourably against a massive army of Persia around 480 B.C. Obviously not all the things depicted in the movie are always true since Spartan are not the only one who defended the site (others Greek city states army were also there totalling roughly around ~7000 vs 100,000 - 150,000 Persian according to Wikipedia LOL). Anyway for the sake of re-enactment of the movie 300, Only Spartan faction will be playable until further notice. Anyone who disagrees with the rules shall face dire consequences from admins aboose without any warnings (slay, kicks, permanent ban). LOL just kidding about the last part. Warnings will be given from admins and it’s up to them to decide whether you’re worthy to be called a “Spartan”. This is a massive role play nerdiness orgasms and feel free to be over the top since the event will be recorded by several admins and will be posted on YouTube within 1-2 weeks or so. Only Sparta heroes is allowed (Leonidas and Lysander) and will be chosen among the admins to see which one can role play characters the best. Important thing of all, have fun and respect each other during the event. A 15-30 minutes of TRAINING will be held before the event going over teamplay tactics, formations, Phalanx/Shield wall tactics, Shield cover during archers ambush, required weapons and uniformly armours so that we make it look badass
