http://www.vladtv.com - Twista sat down with Steve Lobel of Blurred Culture to discuss fellow Chicago spitters like Kanye West, Chance the Rapper and Chief Keef and the sound of "Chiraq."
The "Overnight Celebrity" rhymer first reveals that he was once a professional barber and has no problem cutting his own hair if he has to for an event. He then speaks on the term "Chiraq," saying it just happened to be the phrase that stuck with the city, but the city overall doesn't embrace the "war" reference, and he prefers to call the city Chi-Town. He also speaks on the fact that Chicago is a melting pot of rap styles, which is why they can produce artists with completely different perspectives and flows.
