In this video i'm going to go over my top 5 pointers on how to conduct yourself in the gym whether a beginner or a seasoned professional. I wish I knew a few of these when I started lifting. These points are what not to do in the gym and are ways to identify a gym douche.
In this video I will answer common questions for beginners going into the gym. What are the unspoken rules of the gym? Can I curl in the squat rack? Should I test my one rep max? How to know if i'm doing proper gym etiquette?
