Vibesolate FM Founders Samira and DJ TRIX will be at Cult Cafe, Ipswich Waterfront for Vibesolate Sessions: The MIndfulness Show - Playing you some oh so special music whilst remembering that now, more than ever, we should be able to access information on Mental Wellness.
Head of Mental Health Education for Mind, Ezra Hewing will be speaking at the event offering guidance on Mental Health Awareness.
NOT ONLY THAT, but we are super excited to announce that Mockingbird Spirit will be supporting the event, providing fantastic alco-alternative cocktails on the night.
