American Soul/R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné!, sometimes referred to as The Tonies, composed of D'wayne Patrice Wiggins, his brother Charles Ray Wiggins, also known as Raphael, and their cousin Timothy Christian Riley, were born and bred in The Bay…Oakland, California to be exact. Both D’Wayne and Raphael sang lead vocals and played guitar and bass respectively. Timothy, the more low key of the trio, shined on drums and keyboards.
