Born a lion. Raised as a sheep.

For years I kept my head down, kept my mouth shut, tried to please others, suppressed my thoughts, feelings, and emotions...until something cracked inside.

I had to unshackle myself! Share my ideas, my experiences. I started writing poetry and spoken word...began performing at open mics...recorded an album...and I'm just warming up!

I spent my entire life behind a mask. Model minority. Corporate man. Nice guy. I decided to put on my OWN mask. When I wear this mask, I speak from my heart. I speak my truth.
