Woodshed Ep. 79 Melodic Variations! Bluegrass To Yngwie!

Hello Music Lovers and Welcome back to the Woodshed
This week while noodling around and practicing some Viking fury licks it dawned on me (thru a conversation I had on instagram) that Yngwie uses variations on his music in the same manor as bluegrass musicians put variations on standard traditional bluegrass tunes.
Let me walk you through what im talking about in the video as I deconstruct Jerusalem Ridge and observe several of the genres best pickers playing the tune and then we jump and do the same thing to Yngwie Malmsteen playing his classic tune "Far Beyond the Sun"!
