Lyrics:
If I could look you in the eye
I would tell you that you are enough
and that your enough is amazing.
I would tell you that people may say to you that you are not attractive enough
that you are not thin enough
or that you are not smart enough.
They may tell you directly in words
or indirectly with images that you will think you must live up to.
I would tell you that these images, these expectations, these judgments,
are their ideas, their impositions, and even their own insecurities.
I would tell you these things do not have to be your reality.

I would tell you that magnificence is born on the inside
and it is your decision if you are to be magnificent.
You will decide that you are magnificent.
You will decide that you are worthy of love.

I would tell you that there is a light within you, and it is a light that burns brightly.
I would tell you that you must allow yourself to let it shine, and that
no one can darken your brilliance.

I would tell you that you must love yourself inside and out,
and that you must love yourself fiercely.
I would tell you that sometimes it will be a fight, and you must never give up.
I would tell you that you must cherish your mind, your soul, your physical body.
So that when the world imposes its view of who you should be and what you should look like,
you already know you are,
And I would tell you to stand steadfast in this knowledge of who you are, where you are going, and who you will become.

I am enough
and my enough is amazing.
People may say to me that I am not pretty enough
not thin enough
or smart enough.
They may tell me directly in words
or indirectly with images that I will think I must live up to
These images, these expectations, these judgments,
are their ideas, their impositions, and even their own insecurities
They are not my reality

Magnificence is born on the inside
and it is my decision if I am to be magnificent
I decide that I am magnificent
I decide that I am worthy of love

There is a light within me, and it is a light that burns brightly.
I allow myself to let it shine, and no one can darken my brilliance.

I know that I must love myself inside and out,
and that I must love myself fiercely.
I know that sometimes it will be a fight, but I must never give up.
I am choosing to cherish my mind, my soul, and my physical body.
So that when the world imposes its view of who I should be and what I should look like,
I already know I am
And I stand steadfast in this knowledge of who I am, where I am going, and who I will become.
