Progress on Schradieck - The School of Violin Technics – Book 1 – Exercise I. Worked on number 2, 3, 4, and 5 this week. One each day. Always 40 BPM. I used the rhythm variations I showed on Day 75. Worked on all strings. While using the rhythms, I checked the intonation of the longer notes and if there were any notes out of tune, I practiced until I corrected it. I’m going to work on all 25 at this speed, and then I will gradually speed up. (42, 44, 46 etc.) until 80 BPM.
