Just listed: Made in the USA 1979 ODE Style D Gold-plated, walnut Banjo with original hardshell case.

This 1979 ODE Style D is in excellent condition for its age and its gold sparkles (see photos).

The Style Ds of this era are made of select, straight-grained walnut wood with gold plating. The gold on this particular banjo is in excellent condition and the armrest and tailpiece are heavily engraved which further enhances this instrument’s appeal. The binding is white with a thin wood strip that makes the headstock and neck stand out.

The walnut on the neck and resonator are also in excellent shape and there is virtually no fret wear. This one has been set up in our shop and sounds and plays fantastic. $3999.99. Thanks for looking.
