We’ve had more than one hundred Stelling banjos come through our shop in the past five years, and this may be the nicest one we’ve seen. It’s as close to new condition as you can get in the used Stelling market.

The Sunflower comes with figured curly maple wood and nickel hardware. This Sunflower was produced on February 21, 2002, so it was one of the last Stellings made with a Cooperman rim (they switched to Tony Pass Old Wood Rims later that year).

Condition: This banjo never left the house. The curly maple on the neck and resonator is perfect. The metal shines. No wear on the frets of fingerboard. The original Stelling hardshell case is mint.
