Bon Jovi or Belinda Carlisle?!? This will totally BLOW YOUR MIND

Ok, so Bon Jovi "Livin On A Prayer" was released in 1986...Belinda Carlisle "Heaven Is A Place On Earth" was released in 1987...hmmm...Bon Jovi was on "Mercury Records" & Belinda Carlisle was on "MCA".Though they both fall under the umbrella of Universal Music Group (UMG)..I can GUARANTEE you some producer or musician was pulling the old "Cookie Cutter Concept"(CCC). Don't get me wrong,both these songs are great tunes but the record companies pressure these bands to be copycats and honestly that's what kills music...Motley Crue writes "Home Sweet Home" & it gets a massively good response by the fans and instantly they've got 50 more bands that are trying to write another "Home Sweet Home" or "Every Rose Has Its Thorn"..That's my 2 cents for the day.This is kind of how my mind is wired.Analyzing music is what ive always done...Its ok if you don't hear a resemblance....but trust me...Its absolutely there ;)
