'Space Age Jim' began playing Guitar at the age of 9. As a teenager became interested in Rock and Pop. Around 1985 began teaching in a private studio and at various locations in the DFW area Including 'Christ for the Nations Institute' Music Department teaching Guitar and Praise Band Education.
A Lead Guitarist and bassist for over 25 Years in several top Praise Bands in the DFW area and Fingerstyle Guitarist Performer and International Fingerstyle Guitar Competitor. Space Age Jim has traveled throughout the USA attending workshop[s and studied 'Chet Atkins' for many decades. Now he has his 'Own Style' and wants you to develop your 'Own Style' Space Age Jim has over 30 hours of college level music class training and is an Independently Certified 'Master Guitar Instructor' by Guitar Center.
'Space Age Jim' is also an accomplished String and Electric Bassist having performed hundreds of Classical Music Concerts as Principal Bassist for over 10 years in the DFW area. Having played in productions with many famous singers including Kelly Clarkston, & Nia Peeples.
