The Art of War is a military strategy book written by Sun Tzu in about 500 BCE. Simply put, it outlines how to position yourself into advantageous positions by following Sun Tzu’s codes, including knowing yourself, knowing your enemy, & the use of deception; or as I like to call it: perception; to terrain & troop formations, use of energy & momentum, & more. It is a must-read book for all US military personnel, & actually banned in some US Prisons. From disciplining yourself to levelling up in business, romantic situations, or parenting trials, the methods & techniques can even apply to us.
