How to REALLY get beyond the Pentatonic Box [guitar lesson]

Ok - so I think normally when I do videos on this, I kind of over do the thing....So - actually. I think SMALL steps are the way forward for actually building more knowledge of scales etc. If you're thinking you're stuck playing pentatonic box stuff - here's how I think you can start to practically break out of that and move towards the sorts of phrases that you see Mateus Asato, Eric Johnson etc doing often.
