Written from the perspective of the disciples at the last supper hear Jesus say he will be betrayed and killed, A great reminder of how blessed we are to know the end where they didn't understand the resurrection and when it would happen

I watched him pour... the glass
saying this supper will be... the last
I watched him break... the bread
Telling us he would soon be dead

Well he said one would betray
but my heart tells me no way
We looked at john to blame
but on Jesus shoulder he made his claim

There isnt anything
we wouldnt do
we want to fight back
and not let death through

we all love our lord so much
we all heal at his gentle touch
we can not let him... go
being beside him till we all grow old
he is inside us

Without him who can we trust

we often question... what he means
He often speaks of the world unseen
His true death... I dont believe
But death Spiritually how could that be

This isnt making sence
Messiah beaten to death
Judas asked if he was the one
His answer left us with questions
