Microtonal Blues Bends On Harmonica. Whats a Microtone? Microtone: "Microtonal or microtonality is the use in music of microtones—intervals smaller than a semitone, also called "microintervals". It may also be extended to include any music using intervals not found in the customary Western tuning of twelve equal intervals per octave." Another definition is: An amazing way to express yourself, in a very human way and for once be cooler than Piano Players. Today I'm using a "G" Hohner Crossover Jason Ricci Signature harmonica by Tom Halchak of Blue Bloon Harmonicas in the key of "G" major (1st Position). Have fun!
