She refused to speak in-depth about her mob ties, because that would be violating "The Code" of not snitching and would lead to her being labeled as a "rat." However, she did explain that she grew up aware of her family's mob ties, but was sheltered from it throughout her life. Natalie recalled various encounters with "rats" who have snitched on her family members and former boyfriend, and how she won't associate with anyone who conducts or supports that kind of behavior.

She also addressed the presence of the mafia in today's society, and how it pretty much died out after John Gotti.
