I can't find a girl and I'm about to give up!
@Goodmenproject @AllanaPratt
Question: I'm 27 years of age and can't find a girl I'm about to give up. What advice can you give to some one like me who's an introvert and suffers from social anxiety and no social skills and hopeless romantic. Also I'm about to think that I'm a lost cause.
Answer: My sweet, it sounds like you’re really disheartened, and feeling really heavy about the whole situation of dating and finding “a girl“.
I completely resonate with what it feels like to put so much time, energy and money into a goal and not get the results you desire… How that makes you want to just throw in the towel, yes? Especially when perhaps your other friends have no problem whatsoever and make it look easy, yes?
I invite you to another point of you :-)
There are both benefits and disadvantages to finding a woman easily… and to having trouble finding a girl. Think about it. What are some of the aspects that are being invited to grow and emerge from within you through this challenge?
You’re an introvert you say… Yet you may be invited to use the power of technology to break the ice and connect with women online.
You say you suffer from social anxiety and so the act of continuing to show up and source you’re worth from your own internal knowing versus a woman’s opinion of you… will build your confidence and resilience.
You say you have no social skills yet a great way to develop them is to continue to network and go to meet up’s and meet women enjoying what you enjoy.
And you say you’re a hopeless romantic… who is bound to appreciate his goddess when he finds her with a damn good story to tell of all the times you never gave up on love, yes? ;-)
I’m not just being one of those Pollyanna happy people that look on the bright side and always see the glass is half full… I’m honestly supporting you in equilibrating your emotions so that you don’t give up my friend. Your emotions aren't bad or wrong, yet if you only see, feel and process the gifts of half of them, you'll give up indeed.
There is something right about you not having found her yet. Hell, I’m 48 and finally found my guy after two failed marriages. No regrets. I grew and evolved every step of the way. I leaned in to the challenge, I sat in the fire, I did my work.
You can, too.
I completely encourage you if you haven’t already to go to my men’s site www.gethertosayyes.com and download my complementary training called "How to be a Noble Badass" so you can shift your point of view about both who you are and your situation… because your point of view indeed creates your reality.
And I also believe one of the best investments you could ever make in your self, your confidence, your relationship success now AND in the future… would be to apply for a discounted strategy session with me at www.alanapratt.com/connect so that I can further support you in balancing your emotions, and awakening that inner resilience and grit while keeping your heart open so that you manifest your beloved while staying true to yourself. Sound good?
In the politest and kindness of ways… I can’t wait to get my hands on you! :-) Let's not give up 5 minutes before the miracle!
Can’t wait to get your email that you found a great girl.
She’s waiting my love :-) Humongous blessings, Allana
